esa provides their customers with the highest standard executive serviced apartments around the UK. The company was established in 2004 and initially operated solely in the Newbury area. After building a strong client base and enjoying good success, the company soon expanded its ever-increasing apartment portfolio to many other areas of the UK.

Requirement:

Big Group Insight had already implemented a successful strategy to increase the number of enquiries that esa received through their website. This was achieved by creating an effective Search Engine Marketing strategy including SEO and PPC campaigns to target their ideal customers. The next challenge was to create a brand new website for the company without losing any website traffic or losing high search engine ranking positions. esa also wanted to increase their brand awareness and increase their exposure online as they moved into new geographical locations.

Highly focused campaigns were set up targeting each region, which were then managed by utilising both prospect search interest aligned with property availability which consequently led to less empty apartments.

Results:

In addition to this, the new website has maintained its top positions on search engines for their most relevant search terms.
